Chicken in Cream Sauce

Tender chicken breats cooked in a slow cooker with white wine, soup and mushrooms with paprika spice.

Ingredients:
2-3 whole chicken breasts, halved
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
½ cup dry white wine or vermouth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms
½ cup sour cream

Method:
Sprinkle chicken lightly with pepper, slat and 1 teaspoon paprika. Place chicken in slow cooker.

Mix white wine, soup and mushrooms and pour over chicken breasts in slow cooker. Sprinkle with remaining paprika.

Cover and cook on Low for 5-7 hours, or High 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours.

Half an hour before serving stir in sour cream, turn slow cooker to High.

Serve with rice or noodles.

Cooking time: 5-7 hours on Low, 2 ½ -3 ½ hours on High
